Refunds.

Augusta Meditation and Tai Chi does not offer refunds. We do offer credit for classes that were paid for but missed for special circumstances on a case by case basis.

Fee Changes. The Fees we charge are subject to change.

Group Rates apply when there are more than two people. If a group fall below two people, then the student can either chose to move to another group and all assistance will made help with the move. Or that can continue alone paying the private lesson rate of $20 per hour.

Supplemental Material Purchases.

We may from time to time, assist students in purchasing accessories such as tai chi uniforms, Apparel, DVD and other training aides. Payment will be made up front.

Waiver of Liability

Sam Beasley and Leianna Rackliff carry General Liability Insurance as required by many venues and institutions. We ask each client to sign one with the mind that will promote safety first and never intestinally allow someone to hurt themselves. If you, as a client have concerns about whether it is safe to practice this gentle exercise, you should consult your physician before beginning or continuing in our classes. We fully support consultation with your physicians and encourage all individuals to do so.
