In this Meditation course you will learn to reduce stress by quieting the mind and becoming aware of what you are thinking and how you are feeling. This the ancient practice of mindfulness.
This increased awareness will allow you to become aware of what you are eating, how much you are eating and how to resist those weight producing calories.

It doesn't matter to us what diet you chose. We will show you how to stay on it ...and maintain it. In addition we will tell you about a Chinese Weight Loss system that uses Tai Chi and Secret Chinese Herbs to boost metabolism and melt fat.
