The Free Your “Self” Program is a course in Meditation, Self Awareness and Mindfulness. We will show several techniques that draw from Taoist, Buddhist and Yoga practices.
We also offer ongoing guided meditation programs for those trained in Meditation and would like like to join one of our regular ongoing weekly sessions.
